weird.
i remember a time when some father posted about his son's death (both of whom played eve? or maybe just the son?) on eve-o...
a bunch of goons thought it was incredibly STUPID to post about an irl death on the anonymous internet... and mocked that stupidity.
bob and other self righteous dickweeds decided to take (obviously mock) offense and declare a holy war to rid eve of these horrible goons.
now we have mittens posting about an irl death on tth.
i could go on; but stupid people won't understand, and the intelligent people have already drawn the comparison.
now, i'm not saying it wasn't an interesting read; or that an account of what all went on with
In his later EVE career, Roy helped expose one of the biggest exploits in EVE, the R64 duping scandal; Roy (who posted as 'a big ass goku' on Kugutsumen.com) had a grudge against the Es and Whizz drug-manufacturing alliance, and discovered that Es and Whizz was a front for laundering isk generated by R64 duping.
would not also be an interesting read. but, bringing up irl deaths online is never a good idea.
