My lil opinion

I have found that this games player base is a joke. I played an archmage and am a fan of PvP and the amount of times I went into RvR I would get beaten down over and over and over again. It was a joke. I joined RvR and would run to the front lines and cast Lance at everything that was red over and over until I had no more action points, and then the beatings would come. I would get shot at, sniped, stabbed repititively and die faster than a bug under my foot without ANY HELP what so ever from anyone to keep me alive or assist me in defeating others.

Once I had finally leveled up to rank 2 and then even rank 3 I would run into RvR and charge head first into battle spear heading the attack and again would die. I find the classes are way out of touch and imbalanced and that we need more patching and nerfs to resolvethis issue. That or other people need to learn how to play in a group and keep others alive, like myself, and help kill the opposition. Till then, I weep for this game as players/people need to learn how to work as a team.

WTF is up with people who cant heal and help me when I am trying to own people.

And now to stop with the above BS. A friend loaned me the game a few days ago, and I must say its a funny lil bugger of a thing to play. Maybe because I never owned a copy of WoW and needed a change from EVE-Online. I did do the run into a RvR at lvl 1 but I knew what stupid things I was getting into. However after a few PQs, a level up there n here and then going back into RvR after lvl (rank) 8 I did start to enjoy the game and would like to congratulate the devs and the other players for makign the game fun.

My little archmage sits back and a DoT anything I can see while at the same time just pressing CTRL Tab and healing everything and anything I can. I even healed paper cuts and hurt egos. Fair enough there were days where you just got your ass handed to you without the anal lube but then again there have been days where we did the same back.

So overall, I am passing the infancy stag and getting my feet wet into WAR RvR and seem to enjoy it. Its a good pace for me as I only need to get to 500 or last 15mins and then I can go for a break, walk out side and chill and wander back in later. Seems nice n casual and also, I dont have to stress as the next round will be different

The equipment in the game makes my head implode as I have picked up some items that dont make sense on the colour scale. IE some colours are betetr than others yet when I look, the generic stuff seems to do better than the pretty PQ stuff i got.

Finding groups is easy, I press a tab, and join myself in without having to ask, wait for an invite and then go. I was walking past a PQ and I saw a few people gtting beat on, I saw the group asa PQ and added myself, healed them and did my two cents worth of damage and we all won. Was a good time too.

Graphics and colour, no real comment, as my pc is set to performance / best frames and I turned off any pretty colours.

Gameplay, reminds me of Vangaurd but without the pretty colours.

So overall, again, good game for me to pass the time on without having to sit and try to do something for 5 hours straight when all I need is 15 mins.

Ok, first of all, you suck. I had a HUGE reply going on in my head and I was about ready to unleash it upon you, then you kicked the legs out from under my chair and now I'm all ranty-bashin moody with no rant to bash!!

Glad you like the game. You should make sure to pop onto a different server and try out some Destro chars too, because evil is where it's at!!

btw, I hate Arch Mages. HATES THEM! Unless I can actually close range to beat on them, then I like them! Otherwise, they are the bane of my existence... except for Warrior Priests. I hate those guys SOOOOOO much!!!!

You don't want to play evil scum. You should stay on the side of good and purity and bash in orc and goblins heads. Torcher Chaos minions and burn Dark Elf witches. Then after that have a spot of tea and talk about the sanctity of life.
