1.0.5: Class Changes Gone, Heavy Metal In

First off, Mark Jacobs confirms that the class changes needed more time to test, so they have been pushed off to 1.0.6.

Heavy Metal is moving in as we speak. Yeah for a reason to log in every day!

The Realm War site got lots of improvements. The biggest thing I saw was a dynamic map that is viewable out of game, which shows Keep status, along with a timer showing when they were last turned over. I wonder if this means that the in-game maps have been improved with the same type of info?

I wonder if the snare and root stacking have made it in... was really the only thing I was looking forward to. If I get rooted one more time in the lava at full health while snared, I think I'm going to go crazy.

Having the bulk of the C&C patch pushed back is kinda of disappointing. I can understand some of the changes might not bring a desired result and do appreciate them holding off and trying to get it as right as possible. However it also would have been nice for some of the classes to get that much needed love they've been looking for.

They Heavy Metal event however does have me excited to login today. Though i may not take it so far as to earn the elite reward, I am very impressed with the direction they took with the new classes. Not only just offering it. But doing so with the intention of rewarding those that were looking forward to them, the chance to earn the rights to play it a week before they are "officially" here.

Well reading the post, the push back comes from player feedback as much as anything. What is unclear to me is if just the specific items they mentioned are being pushed back, or the whole C&C bundle.

Edit: Nevermind, I see they posted the new notes so there will be no C&C in 1.0.5

-Reikland Scenario is bugged. All players are tagged as idle upon logging in, and everyone is booted shortly thereafter. No credit is given for being in the scenario, either.
