CCP is one of the best, if not the best MMO producer out there for steadily improving their game. Free content expansions and a fast response on fixing the unavoidable bugs with new expansions, I think CCP stands head and shoulders above most of the rest.

i believe city of heroes had put out a calendar with some goals for a couple of years down the road.
it'd be nice if ccp could address QOL issues AND bring loads of new content, BOTH in a single expansion.
or maybe release ships, like the Black Ops BS, in such a fasion that the ships are desirable and use-able and wanted by lots of folks. instead of closed beta testing, open beta testing and WHOOM, here's a whole new class of BS that no one will want to use cuz it's um, kinda useless as is... after all that testing... seems someone(s) is(are) not paying any attention there.
i'm totally not sounding like a fanboi because, even if you ignore the blatant cheating over the years, they (ccp) still seem to ignore what the actual players want and ignore qol fixes that should've never become qol issues.
what about POS warfare? is playing this game supposed to be an incredibly boring job? they've been trying (supposedly) to break up blob warfare for the past few issues, and all they do is add crap that cements blob warfare as a necessary (and super boring/frustrating) evil...
it's nice to have goals; but for pete's sake, fix some of the huge holes in gameplay before adding all sorts of new (probably broken) crap.
edit: don't get me wrong, i have multiple eve accounts and i play a lot (i.e. when i can fit in some relaxing game time that is). but, ccp is making more mistakes lately, than it's doing good.
