EVE FanFest Walking in Stations (WIS) Articles

The focus of the first two days of EVE FanFest 2008 was Walking in Stations, CCP's bid to let pilots climb out of their pods and walk around as avatars for the first time.

Secwars is only one of the games able to be played in stations..... i think i need to change my pants... i got something sticky on them...

Poker (with cards featuring the four races instead of aces, spades, clubs, and diamonds) was mentioned as well, good stuff.

Umm... this is enough to make me re-activate my account and check it out. O.o Being perma-glued into your ship was the main reason I got tired of the game.

DITTO! And frankly...I cannot WAIT for this to be implemented. I had just bought my mining barge before I cancelled, and I have a lot of catching up to do. I was in the process of training so that I could have a HULK some day. Can't wait to get back to it all.
