They can enjoy their damage as long as they remain at arms length. The Shadow Warrior does not absorb damage well and can be a very fragile class, not to be played with reckless abandon. Players who have played Ranger type classes will be able to pick this right up.

I love that description of them... fighting from the shadows, and being stealthy. And then you get into the game and find out that they dont get a stealth skill. >.>

But they hang in the back and shoot arrows so... they gotta be stealthy! (They also far outperform a Squig Hunter in melee and that makes me sad.)

Its completely possible to use normal stealth tactics as a shadow warrior... you just gotta hit them from an unexpected quarter.

Shadow Warrior also makes me think of an infiltrator... even that little quip on the guide there makes it sound like that. Yet you cant really sneak into enemy territory without getting spotted. Itd be fun I think to sneak in spam a few shots onto several characters and then sneak back out... if several SWs did that, just think of the carnage and chaos that would create! hehe

I have lvl 22 SW and I'm still waiting for my dual-weld ability.
I believe we could stand a slightly better chance against those
witch-elves with two blades in assault stance than we do now.

Now it's instant death against any witch elf account of their
lightning fast dual bladed attacks plus their frenzy mode which
allows them to kill almost anything on the Order side of the war
within seconds. I'm not asking for much, let me put a nice blade
in my left hand and I'll close the distance with any dark elf and
see who comes out alive..
