Well, green skins belong to an order called 'Bloody Sun BOYZ' and most other references have a masculine tilt, so I'd say green skins are guys.

Yes they are. Greenskins asexual beings, the grow from mushrooms. And personality is what you make of it... I saw a goblin in IC yesterday with the name Opalia. So whos to say if one goblin npc is female, or male personality-wise.
