I like how he said what stands out is "All of it" lol. That's a pretty weak observation not to mention an oxymoron.

Blizzard really aren't progressing anything now just doing more of the same and expecting people to blindly follow. More content - same grind. Arena grinds, class bias' meaning certain classes get screwed in the arena ergo can't get geared. Want gear? You still have to do the arena or raid - whatever happened to their promises of equal honor reward gear back when TBC was 1st released - why should WOTLK be any different?

The biggest annoyance of all though for me is the fact Blizzard have openly admitted Druids are OP, particuarly lifebloom, but refused to devote resources to fix them while they develop their 3 pet projects (D3, SC2, WOTLK). Sure they may 'fix' it in WOTLK but leaving it close to a year to do so is not a 'fix', this is an MMO, its live, here and now and things need to be addressed on the fly - not each expansion! This financial grubbery really was what put me off Blizzard for life now. I won't be buying into the expansion hype and I know alot of people who feel the same. It's more the treatment of their customers thats infuriated so many now to the point where we're jumping ship

It is amazing what is said and not said I would hope that Blizzard would make a good product and I think they will. Personally though fixing classes and hearing this class or that class is OP is not valid because what is difficult for some is easily dealt with by others. People will complain ad nauseum about whatever ails thier class the most-I play Shammies and I could rant about the litany of things wrong with the class and say they suck in PvP-as an example-unless you play a Resto Shammy. Yet I see others playing Shammies doing a great job. Yeah the classes are not all balanced out and it appears WotLK will address some of it. But to say LOTS of people are jumping ship seems kinda odd to me seeing as WoW has the largest subscriber base of any MMO at this time by more than triple the next closest game. MMO's are flawed in different ways, to say anything different is just ignorance to the truth or bias to a particular game. WoW just tends to get more things right than wrong and I for one look forward to WotLK though this interview did little enthuse me beyond what I already was.

People left for Conan....and came back. Even some friends of mine who were fed up with WoW came back. I see Warhammer doing well and Mythic really has their act together so a lot of those people who leave may never come back. That is more because Warhammer is designed with PVP first and is not a hybrid like WoW is.

I'll admit if I ever got seriously interested in PVP I'd probably go to Warhammer - I've got to say it has some things to promote it - my question is after you've "done it all" in PVP then what?
