The Warrior Priest was a career that was at the top of my list since I came across WAR 18 mths ago....
... and now that I have played it, I am not dissapointed, and believe it is going to be my main, although I haven't treid all the careers I am interested in, and I have enjoyed the Ironbreaker a lot.
I have played the WP in Closed Beta, and it is awesome, although I am still coming to grips with the healing side of things. I'm still in the early stages of my career, but this is definitely a tactical career. Read your tooltips and apply your skills well, and you'll stay on your feet and do some very nice damage, and still keep yourself, and team mates up and fighting.
Soloing in PvE or RvR has been awesome, with melee attacks that heal your defensive target, you can swap from outright damage to balanced damage and self healing, without using your Righteous Fury.
And healing goes a long way to your contribution in PQs too. I didn't manage to do much damage and get many kills in one particular PQ, but did a fair bit of healing and I came first. So don't be shy to heal your mates. Its part of your job description anyways.
Oh, and of course the Nerf Birds will be crowing straight off the bat, as they did with Paladins in WoW, but as most people have observed in beta, all careers are very balanced. Just watch those ranged nukers.. They hurt.
The path of Grace appeals to me the most, and look forward to getting deep into that path.
