Default **EXCLUSIVE** Hands-on preview of Champions Online

Ten Ton Hammer recently got a little hands-on time with Champions Online and today we can finally tell you about the two instances we previewed. Snake Gulch, a beautifully rendered testimony to the creativity of the Champions lore, is a robot-powered Wild West theme park gone very wrong, and Stronghold is a high-tech supermax facility just begging for a breakout attempt.

Read the latest on Champions Online as we share our impressions of Snake Gulch and Stronghold at Ten Ton Hammer (click here)!

I am loving the screenshots, especially the powersword looking thing, and the way the earth is cracked beneath the strongman (AKA Brick) character from him doing some maneuver. We really need some solid long live gameplay footage to get a real feel for it.

I have to say, I'm really looking forward to this game. I wasn't at all excited by Conan, nor am I excited about either of the Warhammer Games. Stargate's not really doing it for me, either. Star Trek? Maybe, but Champions Online just looks "fun" and--ultimately--that's what counts for me.
