At Cryptic Studios Media Day, we had a chance to watch as Director of Creative Development Jack Emmert demoed one of Champions Online's premier zones, Monster Island. Built to isolate some of the most dangerous and diabolical creatures and villains in the game world, the highlights of Monster Island include Dr. Moreau's Lab (and plenty of his genetic experiments gone awry) and the high-tech, specially adapted prison for supervillains, Stronghold.
This game looks better every time I see it. Thanks for bringing us the cool new news Jeff!
Agreed! I'm starting to feel a little bit of nerdy excitement about Champions Online. I enjoyed City of Heroes for a while but got tired of how cramped it felt. Champions definitely seems to have overcome that.

Incidently, Ethec, at this post one of the Champions Online posters (Signal) mentions the answer - "At one point the author asks how to spell "Kwyjibo". It's actually an homage to the Simpsons".

Now, that's funny!
It can't possibly be that we Ten Ton Hammer staffers are the only ones interested in this game. We need to get more people in here talking about the virtues of Champions Online.

Heck I would post a build a day for Champions RPG (making a character for Champions is a lot of fun once you know how) but it really isn't strictly Champions Online, I think a lot of the fans (and future fans) of CO would like that kind of thing. Besides, where would I post that sort of thing?
