Chronicles of Spellborn Timeline Screenshots and Artwork

As the sleeper title of 2008, the developers behind The Chronicles of Spellborn are ramping up their media presence as they await the upcoming release of their entry MMORPG. Recently the public relations team behind Spellborn released several new images to show off the various features or the game, including the beautiful graphics, and the fantastic, novel settings. The environments for this game are definitely impressive - extremely stylized but with a great overall atmosphere. I'm looking forward to seeing more from it as they make their push towards release - hopefully the marketing push for TCoS doesn't get crushed under the twin steamroller that is WAR + WotLK though, as it could be one of the more interesting titles on the horizon.

Looks nice, it has that darker 'cartoon' feeling to it, which i believe was their goal.

I remember the game being promoted by the Dutch Gothic band "Within Temptation"

I believe it can draw enough people with the setting and graphics the problem with betting on that is if there are graphic glitching or errors at release (which is almost impossible to prevent on PC releases) it can make people disgruntled in the early stages.

I also hope as Sardu that WoW and WAR release won't crush it and push it aside so i'm hoping they will get plenty of media coverage but with todays many populair and inexperienced reporters (especially in europe) they really need to launch adds themself towards release, let's hope they got the budget for it, while i hate labeling people it they aim on the gothic crowd they might get enough subscribers.

It wouldn't be the first time something gets pushed to the back row... i wonder who their publisher is.
