New games always spawn a plethora of questions from eager community members and Champions Online is no different. Cryptic Studios has combed through the forums and selected a group of questions that have been answered by the developers. Ten Ton Hammer has posted the article for your reading pleasure.

We definitely want to show more raw numbers to the players, whistlelock. We realize that some players want to tweak their characters as much as they can and showing them the fine details allows them to do this. Min-maxers of the world rejoice!

Brief story, almost entirely unrelated to the above article:

The only time I've ever had to get stitches was from doing the worm >.< I just finished taking down my first gallery exhibit, had a few drinks in me and it seemed like the appropriate thing to do at the time ...

Anyway, nice to see some more information about some of the mechanics in Champions Online. It's definitely on my list of new titles I'm looking forward to

For the dev. response on KnockBack (KB), I was thinking that to adjust the amount of KB, there could be a power meter or something similar used. Say I have a key mapped to the KB skill. The longer I press that key, the more power is generated, as indicated by a meter, and when I release the key, the skill activates. I also see the meter not only showing a progress from 0 to 100 but also displaying how much power is being generated (optional). For players that *know* how much power it takes to do a KB, they will know when to release the power. I say this is optional because some players may not want to know and go on instint.
