I've only played the first 10 levels, which is essentially the combat tutorial, so I am cautiously optimistic about the game.

I checked out the Deco homepage and looked at some screenshots. The images looked pretty cool, but the translations on the webpage (game guide) were weak. The classes in Rain were hard to understand.

I think that you should definitely make a forum account and learn from other players before you chose a job.

That said, it looks like it might be worth a spin. But there are others on the list, I have yet to try.
