The only thing I recall, it was something Fantasy releated.

Rohan was a town in Lord of the Rings, Kralle.

The arresting feature is a good idea, but it's pretty flawed because the accused only has to enter a captcha correctly, and not only does he get off the hook, he gets rewarded the cost of the handcuffs; players who successfully send someone to prison get reimbursed this cost, but it's fairly expensive and not worth the risk of accusing someone.
