Development studios come and go, each touting their own big name developers that came from X game or have worked with Y studio. It isn't every day, however, that you see the likes of Curt Schilling, Bob Salvatore, Todd McFarlane, Steve Danuser, Mary Kirchoff, Scott Cuthbertson, Jeff Murchie and Rich Gallup all gathered into one studio to develop the world's next great game. However, that's the case with 38 Studios, and Ten Ton Hammer's Garrett Fuller caught up with the team at this year's New York ComicCon. His interview with them is informative as well as candid, so don't miss it!

Jeff Murchie spoke about the art style of the game and explained that it is not about reproducing Spawn or following the style of any MMOs that have come before it. The team has weekly meetings with Todd McFarlane to discuss everything from environments, character design, and visual effects. The team has set very high goals stylistically and hopes to achieve a new standard in artwork and design with the game and products.
