number of people on mounts

i know this is trivial but i was wondering if there is a mount that can hold more than one character(any you can give a buddy a ride on if he doesnt have a mount?)

This was desired at one point in time but we cut this feature for the time being. Issues with another character effectively being "stuck" under someone elses control. Targeting passengers, and riders, vs mounts, if we could allow passengers to perform mounted combat etc.

We may see this more as the game developes. If they ever do boats or war wagons ect....

hmm i wasnt thinking of the mounted combat issues that would make it a bit harder to work in..thanks

So...let the passenger jump off whenever they want to?

This seems pretty obvious so I assume someone thought of a way this could cause balance issues.

I agree it would be nice if they implemented something like this. Then when you create an alt you could get your friend to tote you around, making travel much simpler.
