one account, how many mounts?

Greetings,

No shop (at least that i can buy from) has both mounts in a single copy of the game. My question is, if i will be able to enter a code for rhino and a code for mammoth from separate copies to a single account so i can have both mounts, even by buying two copies of the game.

Yes you could use both pre-order codes on a single account as far as I am aware of.

There is not an actual difference between a War Mammoth and a regular Mammoth correct? Stastically speaking? I know that the visuals will be different.

Rhino is more for killing people and smashing doors/gates

Mammoth is for smashing walls and buildings

So yes they have different statistics

I assume that means you could use multiple pre-order bonuses in general then too? e.g use the Amazon pre-order bonus for the bow and the Gamestop/Amazon(etc) one for the mount on the same account

Ahhh, I was hoping someone would be able to answer if you can have both mounts, since I'd like to get that Rhino as a pre-order with Best Buy, and the Mammoth from Gamestop.

He was asking about the War Mammoth (preorder) and regular Mammoth (nonpreorder) - not the War Mammoth and Rhino. And this is something I would like to know as well!!

Hi Guys,

Would it be possible to get some clarification on the mechanism behind this?

I ordered the pre-order Collectors Edition version which came with the Rhino, and later decided that I would like to have the Mammoth as well if this was possible (according to this thread it is...) - so I pre-ordered the Mammoth version from another retailer.

In the mean time I've received my early access key which also seems to be the key that unlocks the Rhino ON THE ACCOUNT YOU'VE CREATED USING THAT KEY.

What I'd like to know is: how will I be able to claim the (pre-order) Mammoth on the same account when I get the Mammoth pre-order key?
