City of Altdorf Preview

The city of Altdorf is home to Warhammer Online's Empire, the race of humans who might not be as strong or quick as their counterparts but just as powerful. EA Mythic Deputy Director of Content Mark Davis leads Ten Ton Hammer on a video tour of this majestic city identifying the different areas including taverns, dungeons, and raid objectives the enemy will assault. That was my favorite part, but it was cool to see the crypts in the Premium version, too.

so now that i've had a chance to watch the video with the sound on, i'm a little confused about the city rating system ...

does an individual player get these points that allows them access to new content, or does the city itself need a certain level in order to unlock content?

if it's the city that needs the rating, is the city rating affected by both the peaceful faction and the invading faction of the city? And if so, what is WAR doing to attempt to keep the 2 sides roughly even in population?

Would hate to think there is content that some people won't see just because their server is heavily skewed one way or the other.

They do imply that the city upgrades will be relatively easy(a couple or a few days only) to achieve for each upgrade...

If I understood what I saw correctly, the city will need to be a certain level to access certain content. I'm guessing it's a motivation to do whatever it is that gets the city a higher level.
