Default PvP toggles and bounties
Hi Athelan,

I was wondering if the PvE servers would have worldwide 'toggle on' PvP flags similar to WoW's, such that you can PvP where and when you wish on the PvE servers. I was also wondering about the bounty system and whether that was still planned for inclusion in the game and what the ruleset around it was.

There is no PvP toggling on PvE servers. You have the Drunken Brawling, the Mini game, and Border Kingdoms PvP on PvE servers but there is no "I wanna flag myself for world PvP" option.

The final decisions on the PvP ruleset mechanics including the bounty system are still being worked on in the beta.

Just a reminder. This forum is usually for discussing the questions that have been answered. If you want to have a better chance at being responded to try posting the questions in the Ask the Devs section. While Athelan does pop in here from time to time there is no guarantee you will get a response to this section.

From that response though, I would say it looks promising.

Latest interview I read is that they're trying to get it in by launch, no guarantees, and if it doesn't make it it'll be patched in soon after launch.

It's officially in.

I can't post a URL yet but it's the latest interview on the main site that talks about it, posted on the 27th or 28th.

There are 3 interviews posted on the main site on the 27th or 28th - Erling/Kikizo, Jorgen/Massively, and Erling/MMOsite. None of them mention drunken brawling. Are you talking about some other interview?
