How is the game really now and quite a bit solo material?

I am curious how the game is now and if the ability to solo quite a bit of content is there? Nothing for me and the wife to play (I would be playing alone more often than not) currently and I am having MMO withdraws. I think LOTOR is currently the only thing for me/us to sub back to. I am sure it still has the best RP community about but I still tend to do a lot of solo work with my schedule and my somewhat anti-social behavior at times.

So those of you still playing or those that have left, please give me the honest low down as I do not want to DL and resub if its a waste of time for me to do so.

The vast majority of the content in the game is soloable. You won't have any trouble finding things to do alone. The 3-man and 6-man instances all reward your efforts appropriately too, when you have time to do that.

im coming back to it after quiet a while being away and am really enjoying it there's quiet a few new features been added with the trates and stuff since i left so the new content is nice but the old content feels fresh after time away to

if you have a direct x 10 machine its an absolutely beautiful game especially as you get further in

as for servers there is a nice population on most of the rp servers there's usually between 5-10 people in a town at a time(in my experience on eu)in lower levels and more as you move up

the content is soloabull the only bits you may need a party for is some of the instances and stuff as said above

my advice would be to take the free 10 day trial to see how its changed and if you like it still reactivate your old account after that that's what i did

i played 3 days of the trial and fell in love with it again so reactivated my old account

I'm curious. I've already pretty much decided to come back for Mirkwood. It just looks too fun with the Skirmishes to pass up. But I've still got to get my guy past the 38-hump. I prefer to solo during questing, and find it hard as heck to get a good group most days because of my time limits... am I still gonna have to face a hurdle in the mid-30s to the early 40s, or is that pretty much gone?

the 35-40 hump is still there and grinding my soul to powder. 36 hobbit warden... keep alting because its killing my fun. Plus Im enjoying guard a little too much. >.>

As far as soloable material, I have heard that a lot of the Epic book quests from Volume I will be made solable or with only a small group.

I wasn't supposed to do the Epic book quests by myself? I guess that explains why I died a bunch of times. Ooops.
