I'm sure they are, but I just don't see the Warcraft storyline progressing from an MMO back into an RTS anytime soon. I do expect there to be a Warcraft IV someday but I doubt it'll see the light of day in the next 10+ years.
Blizzard is focused on getting their next MMO complete first I'm sure, and that will be a long while yet as I expect they will capitalize on running WoW for another 5 solid years and at least 2 more expansions before slowing it down. They won't or at least I hope won't make the same mistakes as they did with WoW launching their next MMO, and they also won't give up the crown either.
Whatever they have being created is going to attempt to trump everything out there 1000-fold and claim the #1 spot from the get-go, which I believe they can and will do. Blizzard has learned a ton from WoW and while it suffers from a plethora of bugs
{180,000+ which they admitted too} and many of other issues we all know, I doubt they would stand for releasing anything short of being complete and solid next time.
