One of the more exciting aspects of Age of Conan is its cities. Guilds will be able to build their own cities in the game and populate them with various structures.

Gaute Godager and Morten Byom give us a tour and a full demo of the process of building cities; explaining what is required, and what we can expect (and prepare for) when it comes to making cities in "Age of Conan."

I have to say that the city building is one thing that has hooked me onto this game. I think it looks really interesting and the fact you have 2 types, PvE and PvP makes it even better.

Believe it or not, it wasn't really one of the things that first got me interested in the game. That said though, I'm REALLY looking forward to it now.

There were two initial things that made my ears perk up with AoC. The combat (not being your usual sort) and the city building and siege. The more I see of them each, the more I feel confident that this game will surely eat my life away come May.

I'm kinda sad that they can't be seiged by players, but I guess that would pretty much be unbalanced for the numerous small guilds. They're still discussing internally if they're going to have npc patrols or npc seiging of the guild cities though.
