BG and MG leaving is still fresh in our minds. How does it impact us as a community? Here are my thoughts (http://eq2.tentonhammer.com/index.php?module=ContentExpress&func=display&ceid=992). What are yours?

The loss of two comunity peeps won't cause too much of a disturbance. There are still some good moderators in place. Once they replace MG or BG then the community will settle down.
As to why they left, it probably had to do with a) more money or b) a higer position somewhere else. Maybe both. If so, good for them.
People are resistant to change. However, we will get past it. Just like we got past Faarwolf leaving.

Who is MB or BG??
edit:
Oh those guys. It's like Tony Snow replacing SCott McClellan, or whatever his name is. Blackguard looks like he put 50 lbs since he started at SOE, so maybe he's bicycling across america or something...either way, believe it of not when Sony forst started getting into games, 989 studios did some work with our company and they didn't even have a logo yet...I crafted one for a promotoinal item at a press release, they used it for 3 months then added a swirl...anyway I have watched them turn from a bunch of newbs into an elitist pack of crackpots. Last E3, actually 2 years ago, they made it near impossible to get invovlved with the scene. Years prior, like when Kunark launched for EQ1, they had everyone out in the open demoing in Howling Stones, people were trading tales of adventure and combat strategy. Sony just doesn't get it, they shut everyone out as if they didn't need anyone but their "marketing" geniuses.
Don't get me started :)
